Hey Jasleen, what areas of life do you specialize in coaching?
I specialize in coaching women and entrepreneurs who are ready to step into their power and create a life that reflects their highest potential. I was raised by parents who risked everything to pursue their dreams in a country that was completely new to them. Their courage and resilience taught me the value of perseverance, purpose, and self-belief. My mother, who still runs two businesses at the age of 60—and looks incredible doing it—inspires me every day to remind women that they truly can have it all.
My passion lies in helping women cultivate self-love, recognize their inner beauty, and heal through spiritual growth. I believe that success begins from within, and when we pour into ourselves first—through authenticity, alignment, and compassion—we create a life that not only looks good on the outside but feels good on the inside.
As a coach and natural healer, I work best with clients who are open, honest, and ready to do the work. Transformation doesn’t happen overnight, but with consistency, vulnerability, and self-compassion, it absolutely does happen. My mission in this world is to remind you of your power. Every person on this planet is meant to live a full and happy life, including YOU. When you stop living in the shadows and start stepping into the essence of who you truly are, you begin to realize how brightly your soul is meant to shine. There is room for everyone to be a light in this world—after all, there are infinite stars in the sky, and together, they illuminate the galaxies. Part of your journey is learning who you truly are and saying yes to your heart’s desires. It all begins with self-love and the deep spiritual healing that only you can do for yourself.

But in perfect alignment with the universe, one of my best friends invited me to try her life coaching course. She didn’t have to convince me much; I’ve always been a believer in miracles and in the universe’s ability to answer when we ask for guidance. That moment marked the start of my path toward fulfillment, empowerment, and joy.
The thing about growth and awakening is that you often crumble before you shine. Shedding the old, inauthentic versions of yourself can feel painful—because your ego doesn’t go down without a fight. But that’s where life coaching comes in. It serves as a guide through the transformation process, reminding you that you never have to do it alone. Now, I feel called to share my gifts with others—to pass forward the light that helped me find my own. I’ve always known I was meant to be a guiding light, and this is my chance to help others discover their own brilliance too.
If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self that she is doing just fine. I will remind her to always find her way back to joy and that is where she will find her path in life.
She does not ever have to fear "being behind" because her journey looks different, rather she should stand in knowing that her life is beautiful.

People are always surprised to learn that my kindness is genuine. By nature, I am generous and caring. I truly believe everyone is worthy of love. I can give love so openly and freely, most people are confused when they don't find a motive to my kindness. The truth is, giving love is part of what makes me a healer!
